摘要 [目的/意义]进行领域研究主题的演化关系研究和识别,可以支撑科研人员和科研管理部门了解学术研究话题发展脉络,促进科学技术创新与发展。[方法/过程]在梳理当前主题演化研究方法的基础上,构建了基于知识基因游离与重组的主题演化研究模型,通过对领域知识基因进行识别和聚类,识别时间段内的领域研究主题并对主题进行关联,建立主题演化网络。[结果/结论]基于知识基因的方法在主题识别中能够有效消除无关词的干扰,在主题关联中具有较高的准确性,主题演化网络中主题的分裂、合并、消亡等演化脉络清晰。[局限/不足]仅以超材料领域的科学研究论文为实证对象,未考虑跨领域、跨数据源之间知识基因的流动关系,没有深入研究领域未登录术语和新兴术语等潜在知识基因。 [Purpose/significance]The research and identification of domain topic evolution relationship can support researchers and management departments to understand the development of academic research topics,thus promoting the innovation and development of science and technologies.[Method/process]On the basis of reviewing the current research methods of topic evolution,the paper constructs a topic evolution research model based on knowledge gene dissociation and recombination.Through the identification and clustering of domain knowledge genes,the research topics in the time period are identified and correlated to establish topic evolution network.[Result/conclusion]The method based on knowledge gene in topic identification can effectively eliminate the interference of unrelated words,which has higher accuracy,and the development of topics’ splitting,combining,and disappearing in topic evolution network is clear.[Limitations]The paper only uses the scientific research papers in the field of metamaterial as the empirical objects,which doesn’t consider the flow relationship of knowledge genes between cross-domain and cross-data sources,and there is no in-depth study of potential knowledge genes such as unlogged terminology and emerging terminology.
