摘要日益兴起的科学数据出版聚焦于促进科学数据的共享与利用,对于科技信息机构开展科学数据资源建设和服务具有重要意义。文章首先分析了科学数据的构成,并解读了新型信息环境下科学数据出版的内涵与价值;其次以国防科技领域为例,从开发利用角度分析了科学数据出版的主要模式及其特点;最后提出了下一步加强国防科技领域科学数据开发利用工作的若干建议。 The rising of scientific data publishing focuses on promoting the sharing and utilization of scientific data,which is of great significance for scientific and technical information institutions to carry out scientific data resources construction and services.This paper first analyzes the composition of scientific data,and interprets the connotation and value of scientific data publishing in the new information environment.Secondly,the field of defense science and technology is taken as an example to analyze the main modes and characteristics of scientific data publishing from the perspective of development and utilization.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the development and utilization of scientific data in the field of defense science and technology.
