摘要
虚拟社区的出现不仅为个体隐性知识交流与共享提供了新的平台,而且改变了人们传统的知识共享方式,如何推动个体隐性知识在虚拟社区的参与主体之间实现有效共享,满足社区成员多样性的知识需求,对增强虚拟社区的网络协同效应具有重要影响。文章在深入分析虚拟社区个体隐性知识共享行为影响因素的基础上,构建了基于系统动力学的虚拟社区个体隐性知识共享模型,并应用Vensim PLE软件对该模型进行仿真和灵敏度分析。结果表明,虚拟社区知识共享氛围、知识个体共享意愿和社区技术环境会对社区中的成员个体隐性知识共享水平产生正向倍增效应。基于这一仿真结果,寻找出了推动虚拟社区成员隐性知识共享的主要切入点,以促使成员间通过共享与共生隐性知识资源,来增强社区内的知识积聚效应,助推社区成员知识水平的提升。
The emergence of virtual communities not only provides a new platform for individual tacit knowledge exchange and sharing,but also changes people’s traditional ways of tacit knowledge sharing.How to promote individual tacit knowledge to achieve effective sharing among virtual community participants and meet the diverse knowledge needs of community members,have an important impact on enhancing the network synergy of virtual community.Based on the in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the tacit knowledge sharing process in virtual communities,this paper constructs a system dynamics model of individual tacit knowledge sharing in virtual community,and uses Vensim PLE software to simulate and analyze the sensitivity.The result shows that the tacit knowledge sharing atmosphere,sharing willingness of knowledge individuals and virtual community technology environment have a positive multiplier effect on the level of tacit knowledge sharing.Based on the simulation results,the main entry points are found to promote the tacit knowledge sharing of virtual community members,so as to promote the knowledge accumulation effect of the virtual community and enhance the knowledge level of the community members through sharing and accreting tacit knowledge resources.
