网络健康社区中身份转换期女性信息需求主题特征及情感因素研究——以“妈妈网”中“备孕版块”为例

Thematic Characteristics and Emotional Factors of Women’s Information Needs during Their IdentityTransition Period in the Online Health Community: A Case Study of the “Pregnant Section” in “Mama.cn”

[目的/意义]母亲身份是女性人生中的重大转折,尤其是女性在备孕期间容易出现情绪波动等问题。文章对该阶段女性网络健康信息需求主题特征和情感因素展开研究,主要关注处于该阶段女性的主要健康信息需求及情绪变化特征,以为该群体女性的社会支持提供一定的帮助。[方法/过程]文章在利用爬虫工具自动抓取妈妈网论坛中的发帖数据语料库基础上,利用主题抽取、情感分析方法进行主题分析和情感分类,并对主题和情感进行相关性分析。[结果/结论]在健康网络社区中,处于母亲身份转换初期(即备孕期)女性的信息需求呈现多样化特点;且在健康信息搜寻与获取中,其情感、情绪呈现出复杂性、动态性特点。在此过程中,社交网络平台是处于该阶段女性的重要信息获取平台,也是关键的情感交流平台。

[Purpose/significance]Motherhood is a major turning point in women’s life.They are prone to mood swings at the stage of pregnancy preparation.This work studies the thematic characteristics and emotional factors of women’s online health information seeking during pregnancy preparation.We focus on the primary health information needs as well as the emotional changes at this stage,and emotions of their related information behaviors,so as to provide certain social support for this female group.[Method/process]Dataset is crawled from the posts of the'Pregnant Section'in'Mama.cn'.Using topic modeling and sentiment analysis,we extract the topics and sentiments of this dataset and analyze their relevance.[Result/conclusion]In the healthy online community,the information needs of women at initial identity conversion(ie,preparation of pregnancy period)are diversified;and in the seeking and acquisition of health information,women’s emotions are characterized by complexity and dynamics.In this process,this social network is an important information acquisition source for women and also a key emotional communication platform.
