基于北斗的电子界碑态势情报信息系统研究

The State Intelligence System of Electronic Boundary Tablets based on Beidou Navigation System

针对我国边防界碑数量庞大、布局分散、环境复杂、易被毁移的管理特点,为实现界碑位置及态势情报的及时管控,提出了构建基于北斗的电子界碑态势情报信息系统方案,开展了电子界碑管控软件、定位感知终端、巡检移动终端等技术产品研究,为国家边防界碑态势情报管控提供支撑,为国家信息化情报应用提供典型案例。

In view of the large number of boundary tablets,scattered location,easy to damage and complicated circumstances,proposed an state intelligence system based on BeiDou navigation system to realize effective control of boundary tablets,implemented technological research on control software,location-aware terminal and mobile patrol inspection terminal,sustained the management of national boundary tablets,and provided cases for the informazation construction of national intelligence system.
