用户社交知识行为研究的系统综述

Systematic Review of Social Knowledge Behaviors of Users

[目的/意义]系统梳理社交网络中用户社交知识行为研究的知识基础、研究体系和前沿展望,为平台运营者和未来研究者提供一定启示和参考。[方法/过程]以中国知网和Web of Science为数据源,筛选出用户社交知识行为研究的87篇代表性研究文献,采用系统综述的分析方法从研究主题、研究方法、研究理论、应用情境、影响因素5个方面系统地梳理了已有研究的知识基础,之后在S-O-R模型基础上建立用户社交知识行为研究体系,并基于此对研究前沿进行了探索性分析。[结果/结论]未来研究在应用情境、研究理论、研究对象、研究方法、概念类型和研究因素部分仍具有较大的探索空间,多学科研究理论和研究方法的交叉融合将能形成丰富的研究选题。

[Purpose/significance]In order to provide inspiration and reference for researchers and platform operators,this paper systematically sorts out the knowledge base,research system and prospects of social knowledge behavior research in social networks.[Method/process]Applying CNKI and Web of Science as the data source,this article screens 87 representative documents of social knowledge behavior in social network of users.This study combs the knowledge base of research from five aspects:research topic,research method,research theory,application scenario and factors through systematic review.Then this paper establish the research system of the user’s social knowledge behavior based on the S-O-R model,and the exploratory analysis of the prospects is carried out.[Result/conclusion]In the future,there are still large exploration spaces in the application scenarios,research theories,research objects,research methods,concept types and research factors.The cross-integration of multidisciplinary research theories and the research methods will lead to a rich research topic.
