摘要
介绍宁波职业技术学院图书馆与北仑区公共图书馆合作组织架构、运行机制以及新馆开馆后取得的成效,对实际运行中存在的问题和不足进行探讨,为两馆合作可持续发展提出打破原有信息服务的相对狭窄空间,实现文献资源共享共建;打破原有高校图书馆和公共图书馆各自为政的组织界限,重建组织和服务流程;加强不同体系工作人员的管理,优化人力资源要素;积极争取地方政府的重视和支持,保障合作馆开放后有充足的经费等建议。
The paper introduces organizational architecture, operational mechanism and effects after the new library opening of cooperative library of Ningbo Polytechnic library and Beilun District library, analyzes existing problems in actual operation. It puts forward suggestions for sustainable development of the cooperation between the two libraries, such as breaking through original relatively narrow information service space, to realize document resource co-construction and sharing; breaking down original turf-conscious organizational boundary between university library and public library, to rebuild organization and service process; strengthening management of staff from different system, to optimize human resources; striving for attention and support from local government, to ensure adequate funding after co-operative library opening.
