摘要
文章分析了我国科技情报自动化发展过程中所处的内外部情报环境,指出,适合国情的发展途径是,根据需要和可能,量力而行,寻求有限发展。笔者提出了与我国科技、经济的梯度发展战略相适应的中国科技情报自动化的梯度发展目标,并围绕这一目标进一步阐述了今后的六项主要任务。
After analysing the inner and the outer environments the automation of sci-tech information in China is exposed in the process of its development, the paper points out that the approach adaptable to conditions of our country is to seek some limited progress based on necessity and possibility acting according to our capacity. The author puts forward a gradient development target for the automation of China’s sci-tech information adaptable to the gradient development tactics in science and technology, and in economy, and expostulates further the six major tasks for subsequent years centring around the target.
