论情报信息的商品化趋势

摘要 作者探讨了情报信息向商品转化的历史背景和社会环境,介绍了目前世界上所存在的情报信息商品说和情报信息非商品说这两种不同观点以及与这两种观点相关的情报信息经济理论。文章还着重分析了情报信息商品与商品经济的关系,并提出,情报信息商品是商品经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物,在社会主义的有计划的商品经济中,情报信息商品既是社会主义商品经济的有机组成部分,又要受到计划制约性的限制。 In this article, the historical background and social environment for the conversion of information into commodity are investigated. Two different views are held today. One regards information as a commodity; the other does not think so. The economic theories of information related to these two views are given. The paper also emphatically analyses the relationship between information commodity and commodity economy pointing out that the former is an inevitable outcome of the latter developing to a certain stage. As information commodity is an organic component part of socialist commodity economy, it is subject to the limitation of planned restrictiveness in a planned Socialist commodity economy.
