情报意识刍议

TENTATIVE IDEAS ON INFORMATION AWARENESS

文章以我国科技情报事业现实情况为基础,概略追述了我国情报工作发展中存在的问题,指出当前存在的关键问题是情报意识薄弱的问题。情报意识不是少数人或某些职业情报人员和情报机构的个别现象,而是整个社会意识的一部分。这一问题解决得好与坏,将严重影响我国科技进步的进程和四化建设的速度。文章提出了强化情报意识的几点措施。

This paper takes the actual conditions of China’s sci-tech information enterprise as the basis to make a rough recount of the problems existing in the development of information work pointing out that the crux of the current problems lies in the lack of information awareness which is not an individual phenomenon of a small number of people, also not merely the problem of some professionals in information circles and the information organs, but a part of the awareness of the whole society. A nice solution or otherwise of this problem will affect the advancement of sci-tech progress and the speed of building the four modernisations of our country a good deal. Some measures to intensify information awareness are proposed.
