摘要
作者把我国的科技情报事业发展历程划分为三个时期进行了回顾。文章指出,我们要坚决贯彻科技情报工作必须为国民经济建设和科学技术发展服务的方针,开创科技情报工作的新局面。
The author divides the course of development of China’s sci-tech information undertaking into three periods to do the review. The paper points outthat we should resolutely carry out the policy that sci-tech information work must serve the construction of national economy and the development of science and technology to usher in a new situation in this aspect of work.
