摘要
目前在轿车的整体开发中,对变速器换档的操作舒适性和运转的噪声控制,有着更加严格的要求。而变速器与此两项性能直接相关的是同步器组件。因此,针对作为同步器组件的接合齿的结构进行突破传统的创新设计和研究,对提升变速器总体性能乃至整车的整体性能都有重要的意义。本文依据产品开发项目中的实例,通过同步器结构的比较和引起换档冲击的理论分析,阐述了不对称接合齿结构设计的设计思想和计算方法。
Nowadays,in the development of complete cars,people require for comfort of the operation of transmission shifting and noise control stringently.But the two performances of transmission are directly related to the synchronizer component.Therefore,we should break through the tradition to innovate and research the soldered teeth of synchronizer,it is really important for improving the whole performance of synchronizer and even the cars’.Based on the example of product development projects and compared with the structure of synchronizer,this paper expounds the design philosophy and the design procedure of the structure of asymmetric soldered teeth.
