本文主要介绍了双联齿轮磨内孔夹具的设计背景和设计原理、定位滚柱及其公切圆的计算和该夹具的夹紧行程的实验数据、使用注意事项及使用效果。
This paper mainly introduces design background and design principles about grinding inner hole fixture of the dual gear,how to calculate the size of diameter for the pin roller in the circle.Experimental date for clamping force of the fixture.A matter needing attention and effect of usage.
