传统的两轴机械式变速器大多倒档不带同步器,或者在输入轴带有独立的制动装置,或者在倒档惰轮轴上为倒档单独增加一个同步器等等。一种新型的变速器五、倒档同步器结构,该设计适于五档与倒档同用一个同步器,五、倒档布置在输入轴上的变速器结构。该设计特点:使五档同步器发挥作用,同时又兼顾倒档制动,省略倒档同步器结构,同时简化了前进档同步器结构。此设计改善换档操纵手感,降低成本。
