Research and Application of Automatic Testing EMS based on Hardware-In-The-Loop Simulation Technique

介绍一种基于d SPACE平台的EMS硬件在环自动化测试系统的解决方案,基于Matlab/Simulink建立了汽油发动机的本体模型,借助d SPACE的机柜和测试控制软件搭建EMS的硬件在环测试平台,实现了系统的开、闭环调试,并以一条测试用例为例,详细介绍硬件在环自动化测试流程和测试方法。

This article describes a solution of automatic testing system for EMS based on Hardware-In-The-Loop( HIL) of d SPACE. A mode is built to simulate the engine based on Matlab / Simulink, and the EMS HIL test platform is setup using the d SPACE cable and the relative software. The open-loop and closed-loop validation is performed, and a test case is taken as example to introduce automatic testing process and EMS HIL testing solutions.
