摘要
根据7DCT驻车系统位置传感器功能安全要求,结合驻车系统结构设计,提出冗余位置传感器设计。但因整个系统的空间局限性及机械公差等问题,导致冗余传感器信号精度差。在此硬件基础上,开发驻车位置传感器新策略设计,以实现整车功能安全目标。
According to 7DCT parking system park lock position sensor function safety requirements, redundant position sensor is developed based on the parking system structure design. However, due to the space locality and big mechanical tolerance of the whole system, the redundant sensor signal accuracy is low. Based on the hardware design, new strategy design of the park lock sensor is developed to achieve vehicle safety objectives.
