摘要
本文从模仿人体ESD干扰的试验案例出发,分析了后空调控制面板LCD不满足ESD放电等级要求的原因。并通过对ESD干扰产生机理及静电释放传递路径的分析,针对后空调控制面板LCD ESD失效产生的原因提出了有效的解决方案,并进行验证,证明了整改方案的有效性。
Based on an experimental case of simulating human ESD interference,this paper analyses the reasons why the LCD of rear air conditioning control panel does not meet the requirements of ESD discharge.By analyzing the mechanism of ESD interference and the transmission path of electrostatic discharge,an effective solution for the failure of LCD ESD in rear air conditioning control panel is proposed,and the validity of the improvement scheme is verified.
