The Presidential Speech at the 5th Biannual Congrese of SAE of China

本文讲了两个问题即:(1)学会工作是国内外技术交流必不可少的渠道之一并举出一些实例说明这个问题;(2)对本届年会的主题“改革、协调、打基础、上水平”予以详尽地阐述。

Mr. Hu first explains why Technical Society is one of the indispensable channel in technical intercourse both at home and oversea, with several examples. Then he explains the theme of this Congress-Reform, Coordinate, Establish good foundation and Raise technical level one by one in some tetails.
