压边力对铝合金矩形盒拉深成形质量影响的研究

摘要 基于模拟软件Pam-stamp2G,研究了整体压边和分块压边时随时间和位置变化的变压边力对矩形盒件拉深成形质量的影响。研究表明,采用分块压边圈变压边力控制技术能有效改善板料各部分的金属流动,使恒压边力控制拉深破裂的工件成功拉深成形,并得到了该零件采用变压边力成形时的最优压边力曲线。
