基于装配特征的半挂车车架快速装配系统开发研究

Research and Development of the Rapid Assembling System of Semitrailer Frame based on Assembly Feature

针对传统装配方法存在零件模型修改后装配位置不能随之发生相应变化的问题,在深入分析半挂车车架装配零部件实体特征和装配配合特征的基础上,提出基于装配特征的半挂车车架快速装配方法,并根据该方法开发出车架快速装配系统。该方法提高了装配的准确性和灵活性。

To eliminate the defects of the traditional assembly method that assembly position can't change automatically corresponding to modification of the component models, this article presents a rapid assembly method for semi-trailer frame upon assembly features based on the in-depth analysis of the solid features of semi-trailer frame assembly components and matching features, and develops a rapid assembly system of semi-trailer frame. This method improves precision and flexibility of assembling.
