摘要
基于DFSS设计方法理论和自动变速器换挡质量标定的基本流程,以某匹配6挡自动变速器的车型松油门时2挡升4挡换挡质量问题为例,阐述了DFSS设计方法在自动变速器标定开发过程中的应用,并应用该设计方法对自动变速器标定中的主要参数进行优化设计。结果表明,应用该设计方法后自动变速器换挡质量的稳健性得到提高。
This paper, based on DFSS design method theory and the basic procedure of automatic transmission shift quality calibration, takes the 2-4 speed upshift quality as an example for a vehicle model equipped with automatic transmission when the acceleration pedal is released, to expound the application of DFSS in automatic transmission calibration, and this design method is applied in the main parameters of automatic transmission calibration for optimization design. The results show that, with this design method, the automatic transmission shift quality robustness is improved.
