摘要
为探究电动汽车驱动用永磁同步电机噪声与电机定子和壳体过盈量之间的关系,在分析永磁同步电机阶次噪声的来源和影响因素的基础上,对改变和未改变过盈量的电机近场噪声进行了测试及分析,识别出了对电机噪声贡献最大的8阶电磁噪声,且发现改变过盈量可降低约8 dB噪声幅值。最后通过对不同温度下电机噪声的测试和分析发现,在0~35℃时过盈量减小的电机噪声大于过盈量增大的电机,但在其它温度区间过盈量减小的电机噪声优于过盈量增大的电机,且随温度升高电机噪声有下降趋势。
In order to explore the relationship between the noise of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM and the interference between the stator and the shell of the motor,this paper,by analyzing the sources and influencing factors of the order noise of PMSM,testing and analyzing the near-field noise of the motor with and without changing the interference,identified the 8th order electromagnetic noise which contributed the most to the motor noise,and found that the about 8 dB noise amplitude could be reduced by changing the interference.Finally,the motor noise at different temperatures was tested and analyzed,and it was found that the motor noise with decreasing interference at temperature of0~35℃was greater than the motor noise with increasing interference,however,motor noise with decreasing interference at other temperature ranges was lower than the motor with increasing interference,and the motor noise was reduced with temperature of motor increased.
