本文主要通过实际装配过程中出现的问题,研究了商用车车型在零部件制造质量和装配方法都符合设计要求的前提下,装配实物和其设计数模所产生的符合性偏差问题,并对该问题进行详细的原因分析,以及提出合理化的改善措施建议。

This article mainly through the actual assembly process problems,study the deviation of commercial vehicle models assembly physical and its design digital,which in the premise of the parts manufacturing quality and assembly method meeting the design requirements, then analyze the cause of the problem in detail and propose reasonable suggestions for improvement.
