摘要
对于有焊接的构件来说,焊缝处的疲劳强度往往是分析的焦点,也是较容易失效的地方。运用基于有限元的疲劳寿命分析方法,并特别考虑了焊缝对疲劳寿命的影响,对汽车后桥壳疲劳寿命进行预测。模拟汽车驱动桥壳试验条件下的疲劳载荷,借助疲劳寿命分析软件(ANSYS、FE—SAFE)、参考BS5400标准,估算出桥壳各部分的疲劳损伤情况,并与桥壳台架试验数据进行对比,验证该方法的正确性。
As to the structure with weld seams and spots,weld joints should be specially considered,which may be the weakest position of the whole structure.Fatigue life of the axle housing was analyzed based on finite element technology.The professional fatigue softs (AN-SYS,FE-SAFE)and the BS5400 standard were applied to predict the fatigue damnification distribution under the experiment condition.The simulation results coincide with the sample test very well and the finite element analysis can be as a practical method to predict fatigue life of the axle housing.
