摘要
车架作为皮卡、具有较强越野功能SUV等车型的重要组成部分,一般采用2<sup>4</sup> mm厚钢板冲压焊接制造,焊接方法通常使用CO<sub>2</sub>气体保护焊或MAG焊。由于车架较高的制造质量要求,作为焊接主要材料的焊丝需满足车架焊接质量要求。对车架制造中的焊丝选用进行讨论、分析。
Frame is an important part of pickup and SUV with a strong off-road capabilities and other models.It is usually made by stam-ping and welding with 2~4 mm thickness steel plate.The welding method is carbon dioxide gas welding or MAG welding.Due to the high quality requirements for the manufacture of the frame,the welding wire must meet the quality requirements.Wire frame selection in the manu-facture was discussed and analyzed.
