摘要 介绍目前车灯激光焊接常用的3种形式,研究车灯灯罩和壳体常用材料对不同波长激光的透过率和吸收率。利用正交试验,研究不同焊接参数对车灯灯罩和壳体焊接质量的影响。对样品进行了拉伸试验和断面分析。试验结果表明:激光功率对焊接效果的影响最大,其次是焊接压力,最后是焊接速度。运用极差法确定了最佳焊接参数,为生产时的参数设置以及质量管控提供了参考。 The three common forms of laser welding used in automotive lighting were introduced.The transmission and absorption rates of lasers with different wavelengths were studied.The influence of different welding parameters on the welding quality of lens and housing was studied by orthogonal test.The tensile test and cross-section analysis were conducted for experimental samples.The experimental results show that the laser power has the greatest effect on the welding effect,followed by the welding pressure,and finally the welding speed.The optimal welding parameters are determined by using range method,which provides reference for parameter setting and quality control of production.
