摘要
为解决轮毂电机半轴的断裂问题,通过理论校核对花键齿面接触强度和花键齿根剪切强度进行评估。针对轮毂电机半轴的断裂现象,结合化学成分检测、金相分析、硬度检测,以及成型工艺分析研究,讨论其断裂的可能性,找到主因并提出可以避免断裂现象再次发生的建议。
In order to solve the fracture of drive axle in wheel hub motor, by theoretical calculation the contact strength of spline tooth surface and shear strength of spline tooth root were evaluated. In view of the fracture phenomenon of drive axle in wheel hub motor, the possibility of fracture was discussed in combination with chemical composition detection, metallographic analysis, hardness detection, and molding process analysis and research. The main reason was found out,and some suggestions were put forward to prevent the fracture phenomena from drive axle.
