摘要
概述了聚能装药的切割原理和实验目的,介绍了实验所用的几种线性切割器的主要性能。根据聚能切割器切割钢板的实验,为上海钢铁厂钢结构厂房的切割爆破拆除选定了切割器类型。通过实验认识到,切割器的爆轰形成阶段,不能使钢板达到正常的切割深度。为此,当采用一端起爆时,切割器的起爆端必须超出钢板边缘一定长度,才能取得良好的切割效果。与普通外部装药爆破相比,应用线性聚能切割器具有节省炸药、切割快速、方便和降低成本等优点。
The cutting principle of cumulative charge and the experimen tal object were outlined and main performances of some linear cumula tive charges used in experiments w ere introduced Based on the experi ments on use of cumulative charge for cutting of steel plate,the typ e of cumulative charge was determi ned for explosive cutting demoliti on of steel structural factory hou ses in Shanghai Iron & Steel Co It is considered through the experime nts that the detonating stage of a cumulative charge can't produce no rmal cutting depth When using end initiation,for this reason,the det onating end of a cumulative charge must has a certain extension over the edge of steel plate,so that a good cutting effect is gotten As c ompared with common contact blasti ng,use of linear cumulative charge has the advantages of less explosi ve,rapid and easy cutting and lowe r cost
