摘要
为了控制后排女性乘员下潜现象的发生,避免设计验证阶段出现重复设计,根据设计变更难易程度将下潜影响因素分为不可变因素和可变因素,提出了概念阶段优化不可变因素和设计验证阶段优化可变因素相结合的防下潜设计方法。结合某平台车型,对安全带点位和防下潜结构位置等不可变因素进行了分析,结果表明安全带点位和防下潜结构位置对下潜影响大,基于分析结果提出了不可变因素量化的设计要求。基于优化好的不可变因素,对防下潜结构的强度、安全带配置等可变因素进行了定性分析,结果表明防下潜结构强度、安全带配置对下潜影响大,并提出了可变因素设计要求。在整车项目开发中对6种设计要求分别进行了整车试验验证,下潜问题得到解决。
In order to prevent the submarining phenomenon in the rear seat occupants and avoid the iterative design in the design verification stage,the influencing factors were divided into the fixed factors and variable factors according to difficulty of design alteration.An anti-submarining design method was proposed in which the fixed factors were optimized during the conceptual design stage and the optimization of variable factors was completed during the design verification stage.The fixed factors such as the seat belt position and the anti-submarining structure position were analyzed for a specific vehicle model.The results show that those fixed factors have great influences on submarining.The quantitative design requirements of the fixed factors are put forward based on the analysis results.On the basis of optimized fixed factors,the variable factors including the strength of anti-submarining structure and the seatbelt configuration were qualitatively analyzed which have significant influences on submarining.The design requirements of variable factors are also presented.Six kinds of design requirements with the anti-submarining were verified in whole vehicle development,and the submarining problems were solved.
