摘要
MBO是我国在国有经济战略性改组和企业改革中引进的一种做法 ,它对国有企业未来的命运和企业家的成长 ,正产生重大的影响。建立合理的MBO运行机制应从四个方面进行探索 :即股权转让定价机制、收购融资机制。
MBO is a revolution in the course of national economic strategic refor mation and enterprise reformation. It is greatly influencing the future of state -owned enterprises and the development of entrepreneurs. To better the condition of MBO, it is necessary to set up ideal operating system. This article investig ates into 4 areas of MBO operating system: Share Transfer Pricing System, Acquis ition and Fund Collection and Circulation System, Legal Supervision System and R unning System after Acquisition.
