摘要
本文研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲胺 (CTMAB)存在下Al(Ⅲ )与CAS显色反应的适宜条件。试验表明 ,在pH =5 4时 ,比色液的最大吸收峰在 6 0 0nm ,Al(Ⅲ )浓度在≤ 6 μg/ 2 5ml时符合比耳定律。表观摩尔吸光系数ε6 0 0 =1 2 5× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,有色络合物在 1小时内稳定。对饮水中微量铝进行测定 ,回收率 95 4 %~ 10 7 3% ,平均回收率 99 1%。
This paper points out the superior condition of aluminium reacted with CAS indicating color with the presence of CTMAB.The experiment indicating:pH=5 4,the absorbing mountain of colorimertic liquid is maximum at 600nm.The concentration of aluminium is in accordence with the Bele axiom.The apparent molar absorptivity is as large as 1 25×10 5.Within 1 hour,the chromatic chromazurol compound is constant.With determining micro amount of aluminium in consumable water,the recovery ratio is in the range of 95 4%~107 3%.And the average ratio is 99.1%.
