Application of Virtual Operation Model to Small and Medium Enterprises in China

依据虚拟企业(Virtual Enterprise)理论和我国中小制造企业的特点,提出了虚拟运营(Virtual Operation)理论。旨在提高我国中小企业在激烈市场竞争中的生存能力,增强企业的核心竞争力。主要针对虚拟运营理论定义、组织形式、联盟成员之间非优势能力的转移与重组、信用评价、退出机制等内容进行了探讨。

Based on the theory of virtual enterprises and the condition of small and medium enterprises (SME) in China, this paper presents the theory of virtual operation. The theory aims at enhancing the SME' s surviving ability and improving the SME' s core competence capability. Also the paper discusses the virtual operation theory in subjects of definition, organization model, reengineering of non - advantage ability among the member enterprises , credit evaluation and exiting mechanism.
