Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC National Congress, JIANG Ze min has made a useful exploration and earnest contemplation and put forward a series of important thoughts including the expansion and enrichment of the connotation of class properties of intellectuals, the new understanding of the position and roles of the intellectuals, the new elaboration of the intellectuals' growth path and the development and perfection of the Party's intellectual policy.
