摘要
湖北剧院屋面依不同标高顺势做成斜屋面,屋面板采用1 mm厚的铝锰镁合金板,整幅屋面由若干单板组成,主要作法为在钢桁架上的钢檩条上依次铺设钢丝网、铝塑加筋复合强力膜气密层、双层或单层岩棉板保温层和肋形板。采用铝锰镁合金板屋面解决了隔声、防寒和保暖问题,结构防水构造独特,自重轻,流水顺畅,防水效果好。
The roofing of Hubei Theater is built as pitched roofing by following the various elevations. The Al-Mg-Mn alloy board(1 mm thick) is adopted for the roofing. The whole roofing is made up of several single boards. The main method is to lay steel wire mesh, gas seal of membrane with Al-plastic reinforced composite strength, double or single rock wool board insulating layer and ribbed board. The problems of sound insulation, cold proof and heat insulation can be solved by using the Al-Mn-Mg alloy board. The construction of waterproof is unique, which has good waterproof result, light self-weight and smooth water flow.
