摘要
讨论采用双曲面导辊副对精密细长直圆柱工件外径进行贯穿式超精研的工艺方法.提出用力学分析的方法考虑变形因素的影响来进行导辊的辊形设计.根据理论计算和工艺试验,还提出了超精研工艺规范;而且通过工艺试验证明,所取得的超精研效果十分显著,获得了细长直圆柱工件外径的超精密加工质量.
In this paper, the through feed superfinishing process for O. D. of the precise, thin, long and straight
cylindrical workpiece by use of the hyperboloid guide roller pair is discussed. The method of guide roller
shape design for the deformation factor to be considered by the method of mechanics analysis has been pre-
sented here. Besides, under both the theoretical calculation and the technological tests, the process criterion
is also given. And through the technological tests, the superfinishing efficiency obtained proves to be very re-
markable and the superprecision quality for O. D. of the thin, long and straight cylindrical workpiece has
been attained.
