仙灵骨葆胶囊对骨折愈合中生长激素浓度及转化生长因子-β_1表达的影响 被引量:24

摘要 目的 观察血清生长激素(GH)和转化生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1)水平的变化,探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊促进骨折愈合的机制。方法 制作大鼠骨折模型,用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,分别于治疗后7、14、21天检测血清GH浓度,同时取骨组织进行TGF-β_1免疫组化染色。结果14、21天时,仙灵骨葆胶囊组动物血清GH浓度明显增加,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05);7、14、21天时,仙灵骨葆胶囊组骨组织TGF-β_1均表达,与对照组比较有明显差异。结论 仙灵骨葆胶囊能显著提高血清GH浓度,增强骨组织TGR-β_1的表达,提示其参与了促进骨折愈合的作用机制。 Objective To observe the variety of the serum growth hormone (GH) and the bone transforming growth factor-1 (TGF-β1) in union of fracture so as to find out the Xian Ling Gu Bao Capsule(XLGBC) action mechanism. Methods The facture model of the SD rats were made. The anim-ice model were treated by the XLGBC. The serum GH was measured and the immunohistochemical staining of bone TGF-β1 wasmade after 7, 14 and 21 days, separately. Results The XLGBC can increase the concentration of the serum GH obviously at 14 and 21 days. The XLGBC group compare with the control group P<0. 01, P<0. 05. The bone TGF-β1 of the XLGBC group was all expressed at 7, 14 and 21 days. The XLGBC group compare with the control group to have the obvious difference. Conclusion The XLGBC can increase the concentration of the serum GH and strengthen the expression of the bone TGF-β1. They may be one of the action mechanism of the XLGBC to acceleration union of fracture.
