催化裂化技术研究进展

摘要 催化裂化是把原油蒸馏或其他石油炼制过程中得到的重质油馏分,在高温、一定压力和催化剂的作用下发生裂解反应,转化为裂解气、汽油和柴油等产品的工艺,是使重质原料变成有价值产品的重要加工方法之一。一直以来,随着原油变重以及市场对汽柴油需求的大幅度上升,怎样把重质原油变为高质量的产品已受到人们的普遍关注。作为重油轻质化的一个重要工艺手段,催化裂化得到广泛的重视并大量应用。 Catalytic cracking is obtained in the distillation of crude oil or other petroleum refining process of heavy oil fraction,in under the action of high temperature and pressure and catalyst occurred cracking reaction and converted to split the process gas,gasoline and diesel and other products,is the heavy raw material has become one of the important processing methods of product value.All along,with the increase of the oil and the market demand for gasoline and diesel oil,how to change the quality of crude oil into high quality products has received widespread attention.As an important technology for heavy oil light weight,catalytic cracking has been widely used and widely used.
