摘要
以青岛安邦炼化有限公司催化装置的分馏单元为研究对象,分析并研究催化分馏塔分馏,在此基础上建立了该分馏塔模型。对催化裂化主分馏塔进行用能分析,合理提高高温位取热量同时减小低温位取热量可以有效降低分馏过程热能的损耗。在保证产品分布和质量的前提下,优化并调整催化裂化主分馏塔各中段取热比例,减少蒸汽用量。
Leading to Qingdao Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,catalytic unit fractionation unit as the research object,analysis and research of catalytic fractionating column,on the basis of the fractionating column model is established.Can use analysis was carried out on the FCC main fractionator,reasonable improve the high temperature a heat at the same time reduce the low temperature heat,can effectively reduce the wastage of the fractionation process heat.On the premise of guarantee the product distribution and quality,optimize and adjust the FCC main fractionator midway through the heat removal ratio,reduce the steam consumption.
