摘要
对用四氢糠醇、1,2-二氯丙烷等为原料合成1,2-双-四氢糠醇醚基-丙烷的工艺条件进行了研究,结果表明:V(甲苯)/V(THAFA)=1.1~1.3、n(THFA)/n(氢氧化钠)=1/1、n(氢氧化钠)/n(DCP)=2/(1.05~1.10)和适宜的反应温度和时间,可得1,2-双-四氢糠醇醚基-丙烷收率>72%;并对合成的1,2-双-四氢糠醇醚基-丙烷用于丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶聚合的结构调节剂,合成的SSBR中乙烯基含量可控制在35%~74%。
Four hydrogen furfuryl alcohol,1,2-dichloro propane as raw materials such as synthesis of 1,2-double-four hydrogen furfural alcohol ether base-propane process conditions were studied.The results show that V(toluene)/V(THFA) = 1.1-1.3,n(THFA)/n(NaOH) = 1/1,n(NaOH)/n(DCP) = 2/(1.05-1.10) and the appropriate reaction temperature and reaction time,hydrogen can be 1,2-2-4 furfural alcohol ether base-propane recovery > 72%.And the synthesis of 1,2-double-four hydrogen furfural alcohol ether base-propane for styrene-butadiene rubber aggregate structure of the regulator,vinyl content in the synthesis of SSBR can be controlled in 35%-74%.
