摘要
实验室常会收到丙烯酸及酯装置送来的各种形态的未知样品分析铁或其他金属元素的含量,以便生产人员对装置设备、管道的运行状态进行监控。这些样品形态各异,组分复杂,仪器分析前需对样品进行消解处理,而常规处理方法步骤繁琐、耗时长、环境污染大,样品消解过程中人员常直接接触有毒有害化学品。利用微波消解技术,优化消解过程中的各个参数,根据装置实际运行情况,开发了一个合理、高效的微波消解方法,不仅完全满足生产需要,还具有一定的推广价值。
The content of iron and other mental elements in samples from acrylic acid and derivatives plant are often analyzed in central-lab for monitor the production.These samples have more polymers and must be treated before detected by atomic absorption spectrometer.Normally,these samples should be added strong acid and heat a long time to dissolve in solvent completely.And now,we can use microwave digestion technology to make the sample treatment more efficient and safer.After a plenty of test,we have found an optimum method to treat this kind of samples by use microwave digestion equipment.
