开源微型数控加工系统及其在数控机加工领域的应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着科技的发展,越来越多的技术人员开始从事计算机系统功能的深度开发。目前,在国内外已涌现出一系列基于PC的数控系统控制软件,而许多的DIY爱好者也基于相应的技术开始了民用级数控机械加工系统和设备的研发和应用。重点介绍其中功能比较全面的几种开源微型数控加工系统以及基于上述软件系统开发的机械加工设备的具体形式和实际应用。相信随着互联网的普及,基于PC的微型数控系统和机械加工设备将得到更大的普及,并拥有越来越广阔的工业应用前景。 As technology evolves,more and more technicians are working on the In-depth development in the real application of the Personal Computer system.Nowadays,we can see a series of PC based NC system software both from abroad and domestic.And many DIY hobbyists have started the process of utilizing and developing the software to the NC machining field in public level.This article has introduced some of the open source NC control system with good functionalities,and the practically proofed NC machining facility format that are based on the above mentioned system and its practical applications.We believe that in the trend of Internet popularity,PC based micro NC system and its machining facilities will be utilized in a larger range,and we can also see the prosperity of industrial utilization in the future.
