摘要
离心泵的振动在化工企业中非常常见,几乎每年都要在消除泵的振动投入大量的人力物力。通过正确分析泵产生振动的原因,比如:泵的运行工况、结构问题、汽蚀等,采取相应有效的措施消除离心泵振动,保证设备长期平稳运行。
Vibration of centrifugal pump is very common in the chemical enterprises,almost every year to the elimination of the vibration of the pump to invest a lot of manpower and material resources.The cause of vibration,through the correct analysis of pump such as:pump operating conditions,structural problems and cavitation,take the corresponding effective measures to eliminate the vibration of centrifugal pump,ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
