摘要
通过对工艺中主要指标控制分析,不难发现通过对酸回收塔C-2010塔顶出料丙烯酸含量进行控制,最终将产品中的酸含量控制在合格范围;通过对萃取塔C-2030塔顶水含量、醇拔除塔C-2050塔底水含量控制,最终将产品中的水含量控制在合格范围内;通过对C-2060塔顶出料中的阻聚剂和酯含量进行控制,最终将产品中的丙烯酸甲酯及阻聚剂含量控制在合格范围。
Through analysis of main indicators control in this set of processes,it is not difficult to find out that the acrylic acid content of the final product is under qualified limits by controlling acrylic acid content of tower C-2010;the water content of the final product by is under qualified limits by controlling the water content of tower C-2030 and tower C-2050;the alcohol content of the final product by is under qualified limits by controlling the alcohol content of tower C-2050;the MA and INH content of the final product is under qualified limits by controlling the MA and INH content of C-2060.
