丙烯酸生产过程中精制单元的优化

丙烯酸是重要的有机合成原料及合成树脂单体,是聚合速度非常快的乙烯类单体。大多数用以制造丙烯酸甲酯、乙酯、丁酯、羟乙酯等丙烯酸酯类。本装置采用德国Lurgi技术生产丙烯酸,装置平稳安全运行一年多,取得了良好的经济效益。由于该工艺在国内尚属首家,理论与实际结合并不完善,生产过程中容易产生聚合物,因此进行了部分工艺调整及改造,乏气加入位置的改造,生产流程调整,工艺参数调整。取得了良好的效果创造了丙烯酸生产周期最长的记录。

The petrochemical Wuchang uses German Lurgi technology to produce acrylic acid,the operations runs smoothly and safely more than a year,and achieves good economic.Since this process is used firstly in the country,there are some defects on the combination of theory and practice,there are many problems.So some technical improvements are carried out during the overhaul,in this article,some technical improvements are analyzed and discussed briefly.
