摘要
中石化股份有限公司济南分公司,打破了传统的观念,首次采用热联合技术,改变蒸汽作为MTBE装置催化剂,创新的采用了Szorb装置热油,同时利用甲醇来吸收热源,使得能耗大大的降低,成本也相应的有所下降。但是在真实投入使用时,发现热油的温度要比预计中的低了好多,但是催化蒸馏塔底部的温度却比之前预计的要高好多,这一大失误,使得节约蒸汽效果不显著。
Sinopec Ji’nan branch of Limited by Share Ltd,has broken the traditional concept,for the first time using heat combined technology,change of steam as MTBE device catalyst,innovation with the Szorb device of hot oil,at the same time using methanol to absorb the heat source,which makes the energy consumption greatly reduced,the cost is reduced.But in the real use of inputs,found oil in low temperature than expected a lot,but the bottom of catalytic distillation column temperature was much better than previously expected to be high,the big mistake,so saving steam effect is not obvious.
