摘要
焊接作为一项成熟的施工工艺,在钢结构及管道施工中普遍的被使用,然而,在石化工程中由焊接缺陷引起的质量事故却仍未得到最大程度的避免。究其原因,并非都是技术原因造成的,大多数焊接缺陷的产生都源于对焊接过程控制的不利。本工作对石油化工工程压力管道安装施工中容易被忽视的几个控制环节进行总结,希望对工程中焊接缺陷的控制起到一定的帮助。
As a mature construction process,welding has been widely used in the steel structure and pipe installatioa However,the quality accidents caused by welding flaw in the petrochemical industries hasn’t been avoided to the maximum extend.The reason,however,are not thoroughly technical aspects.Most welding flaw are rooted in the inadequate control in the welding process.This article has summarized some of the most easily overlooked points in the construction process of the pressurized pipe welding,in the hope of providing some help in the elimination of welding flaw in the process.
