摘要
对中海油能源发展股份有限公司惠州石化分公司4 500m^3·h^(-1)冷水循环水泵效率低、电流过高、噪音高等问题进行原因分析,制定处理方案,最终择优选择更换高抗汽蚀叶轮的方案,最后解决了循环水泵汽蚀严重的问题。实践证明,用高抗汽蚀叶轮替换原叶轮,可以在大循环水泵的改造中借鉴使用。
Analyze the problem of low efiiciency.high current and high noise about the 4 500 m^3 ? h^(-1) water circulating pumps in(CNOOC Energy Technology &Services Ltd.,Huizhou Petrochemical Company,Making plan,eventually preferred choice to replace high cavitation impeller.Finally solved the circulating water pump cavitation serious problem.Practice shows that using high cavitation impeller to replace the original impeller can be used for reference in the systemic circulation water pumps.
