摘要
简要介绍了激励理论及分类,强调了激励理论在企业管理中的重要性,并对激励理论在企业管理中的运用进行了具体的分析和探究,以期为企业管理者有效管理企业提供一些借鉴,提高企业经济效益。
This article briefly introduces the definition and classification of incentive theory,emphasizes the significance of incentive theory in enterprise management,and mainly analyses and probes specific to the use of incentive theory in enterprise management,which aims for providing some reference for enterprise managers to manage the enterprise effectively and promoting the beneficial efficiency in enterprises.
