摘要 RNA作为某些病毒,类病毒的遗传物质。在生物体的生长、发育及疾病发生中扮演着重要的角色。同时,对基因转录,翻译起着重要的作用。因此,RNA检测是生化分析中重要的一部分。本文主要对RNA的检测方法进行简要的综述。 RNA is the genetic materia in some virus.It plays an important role in the organism′s growth,development and disease.Moreover,it is the the important to gene expression.Therefore,RNA detection is an important part of biochemical analysis.This article mainly discusses the detection of RNA detection method briefly.
