Design and Synthesis of Chiral Binaphthol Derivatives

以手性BINOL为母体,修饰醛基,通过磷叶立德反应,与系列二苯乙烯构型的Wittig试剂反应,合成一系列基于联萘骨架的大共轭体系的联萘酚衍生物,并用核磁对其进行结构的表征。

A series of binaphthol derivatives based on the binaphthyl skeleton were synthesized from a series of stilbene-based Wittig reagents and modified aldehydes chiral BINOL.The structures were confirmed by the NMR spectra.
